I don’t know how you feel about boxing, but there is something we can all learn from the sport. Boxing is a brutal sport, requiring intense training again and again over long periods of time. Furthermore, the deciding moments of a fight are seconds long. Three punches can mean the difference between a knockout and a decision victory. Whatever you do, you can learn from the crystallized toughness of boxers.

No matter what you are going through today, keep in mind they are moments. This to shall pass. And you can be better for it. You can’t live with the thought that you gave up.
