Feelings or Facts;

Feelings aren’t facts, as one remarkable author knew.  Did you ever read something by John Kenneth Galbraith?

He was amazingly prolific. He wrote thousands are articles and essays, and over 50 books. What was his secret?

“The quality of the writing I do on the days I don’t feel like is just as good as the quality of the writing on the days I do feel like it.”

Suppose you had a good breakfast and a good nights sleep, and you have a big project to work on, but suddenly you seem exceedingly tired. That’s psychological fatigue. That’s not real, your brain is playing a trick on you.

If you just ate a big dinner, but you still feel hungry, that’s not real. Your brain is playing tricks on you.

Your feelings are not facts.
