Take a minute and get back to nature today. If you live away from preserved green land, close your eyes and walk barefoot across a patch of grass. If you live near a park, take a walk down your favorite path. Skip headphones, ignore your phone. Enjoy the moment. Share time under the sky with your pet, your family or friends. Nature is therapeutic; even just a few moments spent in nature will help you remain present today. Be better than yesterday, take a walk in the woods.
